Challenges
I had to wear many different hats for this project. In order to keep things on track and to ensure clear communication, I prepared design documentation that included high-fidelity wireframes. This was used to communicate the initial design and function of the website to the project stakeholders.
The timeline for GenPop was extremely aggressive (less than 60 days from start to launch). Feedback through this process helped define a solid design foundation.
Launch
GenPop was launched March 2017 and has exceeded expectations. The website is seeing tremendous growth in terms of visitation and expert contribution. Ipsos has adopted this style of communication across current and future communications.
